The Gringo is a hands-on engineer, maintenance supervisor, and software developer who turned years of factory-floor experience into practical AI tools. After leading large food-and-beverage maintenance operations, he saw how inefficiency, paper systems, and communication gaps cost companies time and money. He built ChatterFix not as a theory — but as a battle-tested CMMS designed from the perspective of someone who actually ran the shop floor.
