Eight years on the maintenance floor across food manufacturing and building products — technician, controls technician, supervisor, and maintenance manager. Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, CIP and HTST systems, preventive maintenance programs, and administering the CMMS platforms that were supposed to make all of it easier. They mostly didn't, so I learned to build.

Now

Today I'm a maintenance technician on a high-volume extrusion line, and I build on evenings and weekends. The stack includes ChatterFix (voice + vision CMMS), ElGringo (multi-agent platform with persistent memory so we never repeat the same mistake), MakerVox (fully automated content engine that produces and posts daily for Aethera Live and Gospel), FixItFred (standalone maintenance AI with smart parts search), LineSmart, and thegringo.ai itself. Everything is scheduled, health-checked, and versioned.

I'm looking for go-to-market partners for Fix It Fred AI and ChatterFix — people strong in B2B SaaS go-to-market, industrial technology, CMMS partnerships or enterprise sales. The products are built and running against a live CMMS; the part I can't do alone is getting them into plants. If that's you, or you know who it should be, message me.

How I build

I direct the AI team (via ElGringo) and maintain a shared memory system so patterns, mistakes and solutions are never lost. Most content and demos are now fully automated (see makervox-platform-demos). Agent work is always validated by tests and the memory layer before it ships.
