These terms govern your use of TheGringo AI and its content tool MakerVox (the "Service"), which publishes content you create to social platforms you connect.
Your content & accounts
- You own the content you publish and are responsible for it.
- You authorize the Service to publish that content to the accounts you connect, on your behalf, using each platform's official API.
- You agree to follow the rules and community guidelines of every platform you connect (including TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn), and you will not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or prohibited content.
Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to spam, mislead, harass, or violate any law or any connected platform's terms. We may suspend access that does so.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, specific reach, or platform availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time from your platform settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
